In reseller panel first thing you need to create is Rate group, then Rates and then Clients. Follow below steps to create Rate Group, Rates and Clients.


  • For creating rate group :
  1. Go to tariff menu then click on rate group.
  2. Then click on Create and leave routing prefix blank you can set your profit margin if you want to lock your profit (if lock is set say to 20% and your selling price has lower margin then calls will not pass).
  3. Then you need to put initial increment and increment to 1 (if your rate inside is going to have 1/1 billing cycle)
    even if rates inside the group has different billing cycle like 6/6 then also it is good to have 1/1 in rate group.


  • Now next step is to create Rates:
  1. Inside Tariff menu you can see My Rates option, this option will show you destinations opened for you and its cost.
  2. Always use same prefixes as mentioned in My Rates, different prefix will result in call failures.
  3. Now again go to Tariff menu then click on origination rates.
  4. Now click on Create button and Select the rate group on first option (if you have multiple rate group, if you have only one rate group then it will automatically select that rate group).
  5.  Put the Code (as mentioned in my rates suppose you are giving UK Fixed to your customer then you have to put 5236441 and again create another one with code 5632442). Repeat this step for each destination of you want to open multiple destination on same rate group for same client.
  6. In Destination mention area/country name, then leave others blank now put the price in Cost which you are offering to your client, and now put initial increment and increment which you committed. then save the rate.


  • Now step 3 will be to create clients:
  1. Go to Accounts menu then select Customers then again inside it select customer.
  2. Click on Create button, fill up your customer name, email and company name and save the record.


  • Now in step 4 you have to authenticate customer to use SIP accounts or IP2IP route, for this you have to follow following steps:
  1. Inside customers click on Account no. shown on left hand side then customer profile will open.
  2. To create SIP accounts for your customers you need to click on SIP devices option from left hand side pane.
  3. For IP2IP account; in customer profile on left hand side you can see option of IP settings.
  4. Go to IP settings then click on Add button then put the name of client and then put their IP address leave prefix option blank


Additional Instruction:

  1. Now for setting up in Xlite or eyebeam (softphone) you should have SIP accounts created in customer. open eyebeam/xlite put username (as shown on portal) in username/authorisation name, put the password as shown on portal. and for domain put carrier.incorpus.in
  2. Your eyebeam should now get registered, for making calls directly from eyebeam/xlite you have to dial prefix before country code such as if you are dialling UK landline number then you have to dial 5236(prefix as shown in My rate) 44 (country code) number, so dialled number should be like 52364415888883773


HOW TO CREATE SUB-RESELLERS:

Every reseller can create sub-reseller under them, follow below steps to create Sub-Resellers:


  1. At very first you need to create Rate Group and rates which you want to offer to your reseller, you can follow above tutorial for it.
  2. Login to your reseller account, and go to Accounts Menu and select Reseller Option.
  3. Then click on Create button and fill up sub-reseller details as asked in form. Make sure you select correct rate group in your sub-reseller account.
  4. Then save the profile. you can now offer your sub-reseller your unique white-labeled URL for login and give above steps to create Rate Group, Rates and Clients.


HOW TO ROUTE DIDs IN RESELLER PORTAL:

Every reseller can route their allotted DIDs as they require by following steps:

  1.  Login to your Reseller Portal. Then go to Inbound Menu.
  2. Select DID Option, Then in DID page you will see all your purchased DIDs.
  3. You can buy New DIDs by Clicking on Buy DIDs Button on Top Left Hand Side (Available DIDs will be only Visible if Incorpus has enabled public purchase from their end).
  4. You can change your selling price of DIDs by clicking on DID numbers shown on Purchased DID page.
  5. You need to assign DID to your client by clicking on Assign Number button.
  6. Once you click on it, New window will appear there you can select your customer account and press Assign button. Make Sure your client have adequate balance before assigning DIDs on their account, if balance will not be there then DID will not get assign.
  7. Once DID is assigned then you need to click on Forwarding Button on DID column by scrolling right, once you click on it then new window will appear where you can choose Call Type as DID-Local (for diverting calls on SIP account Created on customer panel), Direct-IP (for diverting calls on customer IP).
  8. After Selecting appropriate call type you need to put its Destination, If you have diverted calls to DID-LOCAL then put SIP Account Username in Destination (if multiple SIP account is there then separate them with commas). If you have selected Direct-IP then put client IP address in Destination.
