if assigned credit it removed from your account then there could be 2 reason:

  1. Risk assessment team found your account to be risky for postpay/credit.
  2. we (Incorpus TeleNetworks) hold the rights to decide to whom and when we will be allowing credits.


you will be notified via email if any of the changes will be made on your account for credit, although it could be applicable instantly or you may get some time to update carrier account at your end.
